Aaritrika Saha, a post-graduate in English and currently pursuing a B.Ed., has been employed for the
past two years. However, she was willing to gather experience and venture into the field of Human
Resource (HR) for which she wanted to ensure that she has the requisite qualification.
She felt a degree in Education management would definitely help her achieve her dream. She is of the
opinion that administration is a key area of work in the field of education and for education to
progress further. She opted for ACT’s Educational Administration and Management program as it is
offered in a flexible mode of learning, thus providing her with the advantage of learning and earning a
qualification from the comfort of her home. Upon undergoing a great experience, she decided to go
for a TEFL program as well, in case she wants to move out of her comfort zone, and teach English
abroad.
She has been implementing her gained knowledge in her current job position as a teacher in a reputed
institute of Kolkata. She feels that all of the learning really comes handy as she is an occupied teacher.
It has helped her to understand how to interact with the learners, the parameters to be kept in mind,
etc., which have contributed to the success in her career. She is glad that her career is flourishing and
that she can see for herself that how she is different from other teachers, while being equipped with
contemporary teaching knowledge.
