Lisa Chowdhary is working in Adverse International School as a junior co-coordinator and her experience as a coordinator is for about 8 to 9 years. She has been associated with the institution for around 20 years.
Before, she was working as a teacher in the pre-primary section. Then she was promoted to the post of co-coordinator. She gathered a lot of knowledge through experience but she opines that after taking this course she got to know everything in a structured format which she thinks is important.The study material provided, helped her a lot to do the assignment.
She believes that a course like this is important. She has learned a lot from her mentors and believes that any kind of training is helpful. Her objective was to acquire leadership skills since she is into this administrative work along with the academic part. She has acquired a vast amount of knowledge through this course that is helpful for her professional life.
She initially wanted to pursue this course from a University following her colleagues but finally decided to do it from Asian College of Teachers after going through the website.
