I feel that this course is an essential part for an individual to build a career in the education sector. The necessity of a good knowledge of management in an academic institution is a virtue for one and it helps a lot in the career growth of the individual and also the development of the organization. Moreover, in order to become an efficient educational administrator, it is necessary to inculcate certain qualities and skills within oneself. This course precisely enriches one in regard of those skills and qualities, and makes him/her better equipped with real life problems, situations and their solutions , as in, how to tackle those situations. I found this course very useful. It is applicable for people aspiring to become educational administrators also. I have got an opportunity to join as a Science teacher in St. Xavier's High School Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh.

It was an informative and helpful course. I learnt many things from this. Previously, I wasn't aware of so much intricacies that are involved in managing an educational institution. I must say that the course was quite an eye opener. The videos were extremely helpful and were perfect additions to the comprehensive course. I especially liked studying about the leadership. It is the area I am most interested in because I feel our world is in dire need of good leaders and I am much grateful to ACT for designing such a course that will not only train individuals but also impart leadership qualities in them.

I would like to bring out how effective this course was. More over how the team helped and guided me till the end. They were very supportive from the admissions to the fees till submitting all the assignments. They also made in a effort to remind me on submission date . Their course content had a lot of things that is useful. The assignments were easy and tricky at the same time. A lot of thought through was put it. It was a great experience. Since I'm running a school I could relate with some of the phases like recruiting, curriculum setting and emergency situations. I've been looking for some case studies just found few on net. It would be great if you could provide more of these . I think that as much as bookish knowledge the experience also counts. .I am happy that my coordinator Nina gave me reminders to submit my assignments and she has been a great support for me. I'm working as a Management Representative of Rajagiri Public School in Doha.
