I am not a teacher nor a trainer. I am working as general manager in a factory. I am planning to open a pre-primary school in the coming years and that is where it all started by taking some online courses on Educational Management. This course has been very useful. It has help me to increase my managerial level. It has improve my knowledge on dealing with people (staff/ employees/students). It has provided me with all the necessary information of how to deal with different circumstances. It has help me to improve my way of thinking or dealing on issues. Through this course, i have got the opportunity to got through many other reading dealing with management and this has not only help me in dealing with people but also improving my views on other things like budgeting, marketing, finance, government etc.

This course has really made me understand the complete picture of school management and administration. I can now very confidently apply my learning in my profession. This has helped me, create case studies in my school based on my observations in the class with the students and also on the class room teaching.
