It was a wonderful experience as it helps me understanding the core areas in a school administration. Dealing with teachers, staff, areas where we have to evaluate teachers purpose of evaluation, as a headmistress of school it helps in understanding my role in planning, organising, resourcing, leading, and very importantly monitoring. This course was so flexible it saves our time and energy we can study at our own pace. It saves money and very convenience and we have a 24/7 access to study material. I am working as a headmistress in Shemrock Cradle school, Ghaziabad.
